PR Associate
Liangtse KG Wellness One DBA Liangtse Wellness is hiring a full-time PR Associate.
Job Duties:
Identify company’s advertising and promotion needs and targets, research market areas, then plan and coordinate the implementation and execution of PR strategies.
Direct and complete the design of advertisement for digital and print distribution, draft media materials, including pitches, press releases, profiles, and press kit materials.
Manage company social media accounts and share across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc., monitor and respond to feedback and comments.
Build relationships with nearby communities by developing a content calendar for regular newsletters and articles to targeted customers.
Prepare press release and social coverage monitoring by coordinating with news agencies and media platforms to discuss company news article publication matters.
Determine seasonal social media + influencer marketing strategies, manage press and influencer databases, including new talent. Direct and supervise customer representatives regarding communication with customers through email or phone calls, conduct surveys to monitor customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
Conduct research on competitors’ advertising methods through onsite observation and collecting information from secondary sources, such as website, social media, news, publications, etc., provide recommendations for management to improve marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Public Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related field. Must have 2 years’ experience as PR Associate, PR Specialist, News Editor, or related position. Must be Proficient with Adobe Suite (LightRoom, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Experience with event planning and networking maintenance; Experience with social media management and working with influencers. Experiences with storytelling, writing articles and pitching ideas.
